Great bday getaway!
Had an awesome stay for my birthday! The room was spotless and just like the pics! We loved the breakfast spread too. One little thing, the TV didn’t work, but they tried to fix it. a fab place to unwind.

Beautiful natural surroundings, Stunning themed suites, Unique spa experiences
Improvements needed in room cleanliness, especially regarding unpleasant odors!!! The lack of proper air conditioning made the heat unbearable during the night. It's disappointing when a place feels unwelcoming instead of luxurious!!!

Couples spa oasis
The room was fabulous and the hot tub was a nice treat. The staff were lovely and when we called for some extra milk to make some more tea it was brought to our door within 10 minutes.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable.

Perfect Escape with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed a beautiful stay in the Luxury Suite Hot Tub, with stunning views and a peaceful ambiance. The onsite restaurant served delicious meals, though an extended breakfast timeframe would have enhanced our experience. Consider bringing your own snacks to avoid rushes at breakfast!

everything about this place was just amazin. super clean and tidy, and the staff were so polite and friendly. loved how quiet it was, never heard a noise once we got to our room. even tho it was pricey for 1 night, i would 1000% do it again. totally worth the money!
the only thing is it was a bit pricey and we wished the breakfast couldve had more options.

I stayed for a short getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The highlight was definitely the outdoor hot tub, which felt incredibly private and added a romantic touch to our stay. The room was beautifully presented and the breakfast offered was impressive with generous portions. it would have been better if the temperature control in the room was more effective, as it got quite warm at night.

Nice getaway, but a bit hectic
We stayed in a Superior Suite Hot Tub and it was super spacious and private. The hot tub was cool, but we ran into issues with the TV not working. Breakfast was decent, I’d say go for the pancakes! Had a couple of service hiccups though, like our towels didn't arrive when requested.

great location but small bathroom
The location offered stunning views and easy access to local shops. Breakfast options were diverse and delivered fresh each morning.
The bathroom felt cramped and could use some updates.
